- Préparer la Chantilly, dans le robot battre la crème et le sucre vanille, quand la Chantilly commence à monter, ajouter le sucre progressivement et laisser jusqu'à obtention d'une Chantilly bien ferme. (Désolé j'ai oublié de prendre les photos)
- Une fois la génoise refroidis, la découper en deux, déposer les fraises, la crème pâtissière remettre la génoise, pocher la Chantilly et décoré avec quelques fraises
